Eligibility Criteria

The loyalty card is designed specifically for Private Banking customers. To qualify,  a client must hold a Private Banking account with the bank.

In addition, the customer must earn a net income of at least US$5, 000 per month, or equivalent amount in ZWG. This income should be consistently recieved through the account.

The account must also be actively used, with regular transactions being conducted to maintain eligibility for the loyalty card. 

Card Benefit

One of the key benefits of the loyalty card is access to The Lounge at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport. This access is granted free of charge, but only for the cardholder.

How to Access the Lounge

To use this benefits, the customer must present their loyalty card at the lounge upon arrival. The card is issued directly by their private banker.
 

Terms of Use

There are specifc terms of use attached to the card. Entry to the lounge will only be allowed when the card us presented at the point of access.

Guest Policy

If the cardholder is accompanied by guests, the cost of access for those additional guests must be paid by the cardholder.
